Return and Refund Policy

At Fabric of Fame, all products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

Because of this personalized production process, returns and cancellations are limited, in accordance with EU and US consumer regulations.

1. Made-to-Order & Right of Withdrawal (EU Notice)

All items sold on Fabric of Fame are made-to-order and created specifically upon purchase.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are personalized or produced according to the customer’s specifications.

As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect size selection (please consult the size chart carefully before ordering)
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or transport damage, we will make it right.

Claim conditions:

Contact us at contact@fabricoffame.com within 14 days of delivery
You may be asked to provide up to 5 clear photos, including:
- Full view of the product
- Close-up(s) of the issue
- Shipping label
- Condition of the packaging

Once validated, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, return shipping costs will be fully covered by Fabric of Fame.

3. Return Procedure

Do not return items to the address shown on the package (automated fulfillment centers cannot process returns)
All returns must be pre-approved by our support team
Unauthorized returns will not be processed
