SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & CUSTOM NATURE We strive for accuracy in our product representations. However, colors and appearances may differ depending on your device settings.

  • Made-to-Order: Each item is printed on demand specifically for you.

  • Variations: Slight variations in design placement or color intensity are inherent to the POD process and are not considered defects.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS Your order is an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance.

  • Immediate Processing: Once an order is placed, it is sent to our production partners almost immediately.

  • No Changes: Due to this automated workflow, we are generally unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once the order has entered production.

  • Personal Use: Purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs duties unless stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Estimates: All delivery times are estimates only.

  • International Transit: For international shipping (e.g., to Japan), transit times can take between 10 to 25 business days.

  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, including designs, text, and graphics, is owned by Fabric Of Fame or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS We are not responsible for third-party tools or websites linked through our Services. Use them at your own risk and review their respective policies.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Fabric Of Fame is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the sales transactions or any injury/loss resulting from products purchased through our store.

SECTION 9 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, or availability, and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.

SECTION 10 - PROHIBITED USES You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate your access for any violation.

SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Services and products are provided 'as is' without any warranties. In no case shall Fabric Of Fame be liable for any incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kyoto, Japan.
