Shipping policy

1. Creation & Production Time

Each piece at Fabric of Fame is a custom "Total Artwork & Musicart Experience" created specifically for you.

Production: Approximately 2–7 business days before shipping.
During peak seasons or for complex items like stretched canvases, this window may slightly extend.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We use real-time calculated shipping rates provided directly by our production partners.

Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are determined based on your exact location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.
International Orders: We ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary significantly depending on the destination and the production center’s location:

Domestic (within the same region as the workshop): 3–7 business days.
International (e.g., USA to Japan): 10–25 business days.
Important: These are estimates. As seen with our recent shipments, international transit (like DHL Globalmail) can take up to 4 weeks depending on customs processing.

4. Split Shipments

Because we work with specialized production centers (one for high-quality Artwear and another for gallery-standard Wall Art), your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment to follow your items individually.

5. Responsibility & Address Accuracy

As our products are made to order, please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate.

Fabric of Fame is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once an order is in production, the address cannot be changed.

6. Order Accuracy & Shipping Issues

Once a tracking number is issued, the package is in the hands of the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking link closely. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
